“David Bowie Is” at the MCA

“David Bowie Is,” an exhibit featuring 400 artifacts from the star’s private archive, opens today at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago — the only U.S. stop for this traveling exhibit, which was organized by and displayed at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. I took in the exhibit at a media preview on Sept. 19, and wrote “Five reasons to brave crowds for the David Bowie blockbuster” for the Crain’s Chicago Business website.
